Am I missing anything else?? I think these are the Best ways to Detox/quit being dependent/break the addiction from Amphetamines (meth, adderall, speed etc.)

1. Drink Lots Of Liquids, preferably water! your body is probably dehydrated anyways.

2. Sleep. Sleeping is very important for your body to recover/heal.

3. EAT!! I cant stress this enough, you need those calories and nutrients.

4. Excercise. It will actually make you start feeling normal again after stimulant use, it takes time, dont expect to be back to normal with a week of excercising...but it WILL get better.

5. Sex!! yes, I said it...Sex releases dopamine which is what stimulants do, but sex is obviously healthier and natural..(Tease the monkey every time you get a craving, or bend your lady over).

6. Have a schedule and stick to it...Wake up and go to bed at certain times.

7. Daily activities!! (besides for excercise, you should TRY to communicate with people everywhere you go. Get those social skills back to par, and you never know who you may meet :) )

8. Buy thing's that make you feel better/look better. (haircut,new clothes,cologne etc.)

Did I miss anything that would help, or something that helped you?
Also, I know its possible to get over an addiction/dependency from amphetamines and to quit using..I personally have been using crystal methamphetamine..But i've heard that people will always have that craving to do some even if they have been sober for years, is it possible to not crave the drug?

dude you already have a thread on this on the same page and then answered a guys question with these answers

you dont need to make several threads all on the same question it just makes more work for the mods when they have to tidy up the forums
