8 hours after ghb dose, can I take a Klonopin?

As title suggests, went on a bit of a ghb binge for a couple days. I want to take a couple weeks off G use since I can see how it can become a nasty addiction. CAn I take a Klonopin? It's been 8 hours since my last dose. I can sense a night of insomnia ahead and I'm hoping clonazepam will help.. My heart is beating really fast from the dopamine/adrenaline buildup from G.
