It’s been 7 years since I last did MDMA.
I used to do it roughly once every other month for 3 or 4 years before then.

I’m going to a festival this weekend and intend to try it again.

Will the magic be like the first time I tried it as I have left it so long?

What sort of dose should I start with?
When I used to do it I was young and naive and would do whatever was infront of me whether it was 50mg or 200+ but definitely don’t won’t to go back to the bad nights I had when I was younger.

I’ll be with a good group of people who know what to look out for, just want to make sure I’m going to have a good time!

Thank you in advance.

I took a thirteen year break from all empathogens. If it's mdma no than 120 mgs total dose period.

The magic definitely returned for me. The reason I stopped was because the magic was basically gone from abuse. Even after taking three to five months off and trying again, it briefly came back, during the roll, but was short lived, and the rest of the roll the mdmamazing feeling wasn't there, that was 2001.

Only thing I could get at the time, 2015, was 5 mapb , and did 110 mgs , which cause serotonin syndrome for over a week afterwards.

I worked for a supplement company at the time and for a full year took mucuna pruiens , 99%, which caused serotonin to overflow causing seroton syndrome. If taking an empathogens cease l dopa use before. Use good judgement, intelligence. Brain zaps, hyper , shaking, crying that week , super emotional. Threw three grams of 5 mapbs down the toilet, which probably was a bad idea, but was dreaming that I got into the 5mapbs, and wasn't sure if it was real, or if a dream. Along with the brain zaps waking me up while 💤 ng it was not fun.

it depends on a lot of factors, particularly the medications or drugs you've used since then and for how long

drugs that impact NE or serotonin can prevent the brain from reaching baseline as quickly or at all depending on dose and length of use
