7 hydroxy mitragynine

that is about the range IF!!! pure that 7OH should be quite viable orally, though i speculate some are quick metabolizers and others who get viable effects are not

other agents in Kratom likely perhaps by entourage effect very well may be the reason the active 7OH than can exert its effect by not being metabolized too quickly

when this pans out to be so you heard it here first =D ;)
 
I found 7-OH to be very weak orally, but quite enjoyed early experiences with mitragynine and whole plant material.
 
the literature says it is highly orally active I believe, but i think in humans it has a great metabolic variance

i will be researching this shortly to try to ascertain some answers

do you know if where you sourced this was of true quality?
 
obviously not for certain, though again i think it is a substrate that has a wide variance in individual metabolism and the effects that therein will be elicited
 
I know 7-HO-mitragynine has no effect on me orally, even at high doses. I would like to try it IV someday.
 
Does anyone have experience with synthetic mitragynine or 7-HO-mitragynine?

I'm wondering what the effective oral dose is for mitragynine.

There is little info on the synthetic/pure kratom isolates and I'm debating whether to try pure mitragynine or just stick to the occassional leaf.

Leaf does little until I'm already at the queasy dose range, so if anyone knows the effective dose for mitragynine I would appreciate any info.

What oral dose of mitragynine is roughly equivalent to an oral dose of 40 mg oxycodone?

Any experiences?

It's about half as potent as morphine and oxycodone is half again as potent as morphine. So 120mg roughly.

To be exact, someone better than I at math could work this out, here are the variables as I found them:

Oxycodone = 1.5x morphine
7-Hydroxymitragynine = 17.0x morphine
7-Hydroxymitragynine = 30.0x mitragynine
Mitragynine = ? oxycodone

So I was off, 40mg oxycodone is more like 107mg mitragynine.

so in theory the 7HO-M is awesome
I can't find anything on the bioavailability of 7HO-M though so who knows whether it's worth the price or not depending on the ROA?
