I don't wanna get into a lot of detail here. Anyhow 7 days ago i stopped taking suboxone. Most of the physical symptoms are gone. I have been using kaldopine for sleep to no prevail. I've been keeping active during the day as much as possible walking, push ups, sit ups, and alot of stretching. Two things what can i do that well help me sleep and what can i do for my anxiety. I don't wanna continue taking the kalodpine but thats the only thing that helps with my extreme mood swings, is there any natural supplements that help. I have to go back to work In 5 days and i'm just scared these symptoms are gonna enable my performance at work. I'd appreciate any suggestions.
