Hey so I recently slipped up on fetty after nearly a year clean of all opiates, Suboxone included.

Started with two days of smoking super low dose fent. Then realized what I was doing, stopped for three days and picked up again.

After that I used for almost 7 days straight until now. Very small doses, I probably used 2 points or less total over the week.

About 4 years ago I had a pretty gnarly habit, smoking about 2 points a day. This lasted about four months.

Other than that my use has just been periodic binges no more than 10 days.

I have some clonidine and zopiclone for sleep.

I'm out of dope so I don't think trying to taper would be smart because I don't have the self control for that. Also not going back on subs for this.

What should I be expecting wd wise? I really don't want to miss work. Hoping nothing more than a few days of discomfort. Any OTC reccomendations would be greatly appreciated.

Much love.

Be careful not to overdo it. Three days continuous use tops, seems optimal from what I hear.
Endogenous opioids need to be suppressed longer before you get a real hangover I think. But with a week of use this seems manageable.

I don’t have any first hand experience with opiates. But kicking this habit seems almost impossible when using for extended periods and fucking up more of your natural endogenous stuff.
Take care, use your zopiclone and clonidine wisely.

I know what it's like to be in that situation with work being unmissable while WDs are creeping up on you. It's a dangerous spot to be in because you might be tempted to use a bit - just enough - to be able to get to work and last the day. But then there's tomorrow and the next day and so on.

Don't obsess about what the WDs might be like. You can psyche yourself out and make it a bit worse by anticipating it.

You had a serious habit in the past. You've relapsed for a short time. You're on the edge here, a bit, and I'd suggest you push through the discomfort and get yourself free again. You're really close to being free and avoiding the prison of dependency, but you're also in a position where it'd be easy to relapse further - or maybe I should say it'd be hard not to relapse further.

Use the tools you've got and just get through it.

All the best.

How was it? Interested to hear how it went.. If I use brown for 2+ days, literally a few bags, I will feel about 60% of the full opiate withdrawal spectrum..

This is not normal. It all depends on how much you’ve used in the past - 7 days of straight and I’d be bedridden for 10 days.

it’s taken 15 years to get here though.

I’d make contingency plans about work, either being able to miss it or taking subs to get through it.

I’d expect not a horror show but not sleeping for a few days and you’ll look like shit at work and they will k ow you’re on drugs
