RCs 6-apb/mephedrone comparison (oral&nasal)

i have access to so called 'legal x'. comes in caps. was told to snort but after 2c-e im apprehensive on snorting RCs.
took 1 cap oral on two different days, had great effects, mood lift, physical stimulation, way too talkative. i posted on here about what may be in them and due to some minor open/closed eye visuals my gut told me 6-apb was in this, duration and effects matched up. however i just got word today from the source who i guess isnt supposed to say whats in them, that it is in fact meph. i read that snorting 6apb isnt a good ROA but it is for meph right? i have three questions:

can oral mephedrone give nice subtle OEVs at a standard dose?
whats the difference in effects between oral/insufflated meph?
whats the difference in dose between oral/insufflated meph?

i do not know how much is in the cap and wouldnt have a way of weighing it accurately.
so in summary, i loved one cap oral, if i were to open one to snort it how much would i want to get the same intensity?

Yeah meph can give very, very subtle oev's but I wouldn't expect to get it from a normal oral dose (~200mg).

The difference in effects from oral to nasal is that oral gives a smoother feeling high that starts off like mdma, then turns into a cocaine like high after about 30 minutes and then slowly residing another 30 minutes after that. When sniffing it, the come up will come on a lot faster (sometime instantly for me) and peak for a short amount of time 20-40 minutes before sharply dropping off and leaving you with the stimulation but and little euphoria which makes you fiend for more.

The difference for dose for nasal and oral really depends on numerous things like tolerance and the quality of the meph. For example: with my last batch of mephedrone I would need about 100mg insufflated for and decent results after two weeks without doing it and I would need 400mg orally for any decent effects. With my first batch I would only need a 30-50mg bump to get me going and 200mg was a perfect oral dose especially if i added 200mg later on in the night.


The main point is to start low and figure out what your sweet spot is and try to stick with it. And once you don't get anything from a regular sized bump then you know you should leave the rest of the drone for another night (as hard as that may be).
