Damn! Look at these crazy prices! OP- too bad you live in U.K. Here in Texas the local Walmart sells the 50mg tabs cheap.

Oh well... I'm sure I pay more for my E than you do :(
 
At GNC it was $15 for a bottle of 30 100mg 5htp.

Brand Name: Natrol 5-HTP Double Strength.

I used to buy at GNC until I discovered that Walmart sells it for $10 for 30 50mg. Even though I have to double up on the dosage, still cheaper than GNC

I'd stay far away from those pieces of crap B6 and 5-htp is a no-no.

Contrary to the recommendations of supplement providers, 5-HTP should not be taken concomitant with Vitamin B6, as the combination can lead to toxic accumulation of 5-HT (serotonin) in the blood.(Wikipedia)
 
I take 100g 5-htp, along with 300mg Melatonin simultaneously about 15 minutes before I crawl into bed. I get to sleep just like a baby (complete with baby gurgles) if I do this, which is a prerequisite as I am a stoner and find it hard to sleep (or stay asleep) otherwise...

Is that 300mcg of Melatonin? 300mg is a shitload.

That's what I remember reading! Try and get some 5-htp pills without vitamin b-6!
