Opioids 50mcg fent patch help?

so i've been sucking on what amounts to 1/32 of a 50mcg mylan fent patch and don't feel anything at all...
Have some tolerance at moment 60mgs roxy gets me pretty good buzz...
i wanted to start smaller, but not feeling really anything....

is it not enough? i'm not sure what the deal is with these things and don't wanna over do it..

If you are used to doing 60 mgs of roxy. Maybe cut the patch into 8ths. Then maybe even cut one of those in half. Try placing it directly on your gum or to the inside of your cheek, leaving it in the same spot, swallowing little as possible. If you don't feel too much in 20-30 minutes, stick the other half of that 8th in with it on the other side of your mouth or another spot on your gums.

This is just my cautious advice for someone who is probably going to do it anyway if I were to say to stay away from the patch. Just be carfeul with fent, it can be very dangerous when eaten or smoked to opiate-naive people.
