Still, do you think that activity on 5-ht1a is going to affect 5-meo-tryptamines positive effects? It has very high affinity for 5-ht2a which is very promising. If 5-meo-T is taken, what do you guess the effects would be?

5-meo-tryptamines main effects are 5-ht1a (~3 nM) and 5-ht2a (~5 nM).
For 5-meo-dmt the affinities are 5-ht1a (~8 nM) and 5-ht2a (15 nM).
The ratios are almost identical, which makes it likely that they have similar effects.

So the question is do you like 5-meo-dmt?
