ok, having real problems finding a sweet spot

worked my way up to about 60mg with only very slight mood effects

in frustration bombed a random eyeballed dose (silly i know) and had a mind melting trip, sort of like 70mg amt without the body effect, but was very very panicky

any help with finding an actual working dose?

i'm 5ft 8 155lbs btw

i had to be calmed down by my other half checking my heart rate and temperature, could feel my heart accelerating like it was going to explode even though it was normal in real life
wouldn't have wanted to do THAT alone

yerh, i know that feeling from high dose dph, and high dose mxe + amt + alcohol

all you can do is count one, two, three seconds and know that that's x seconds till it's all over one way or another
