Tomorrow I'll be receiving a small sample of 5-Meo-Dalt (1Gram).
And I've noticed that there is very little information on the chemical at all. So I started thinking that maybe I should conduct a little research of my own, and after a bit of talking with my buddy "C" we decided it wasn't too bad of an idea. In fact, it seemed like a pretty good idea, especially if we got another buddy of mine and took down as much data as could be gathered from the three of us.
SAFETY IS OUR NUMBER ONE CONCERN.
(I would be very willing to examine the effects on more subjects than ourselves, but I'm a tad bit wary of testing an essentially illegal chemical on anybody who doesn't understand the absolute need for safety as well as the extreme warning that comes with using a mostly unexplored substance. My two buddies are "on the same page" as me and very much trusted by myself)
So, as it is, we plan on having all of us be "under the influence" at the same time while the fourth trip-sits and observes our reactions from a third person perspective and gathers as much information as possible about us in our altered state of mind. (from mood to pupils size to talkativeness, really anything out of the ordinary. While on it ourselves we will all be actively observing our own reactions and at the end of each session we will -in as much detail as possible- record our experience.
Physical examinations (basic) will be performed before, after, and during each session.
We will start at a -very- small dosage and raise it as appropriate, cautions will be made to avoid a dose that is unsafe. (milligram scale will be used)
We will attempt, however to determine a "ballpark" number for a dose that is unsafe.
All of our cumulative experiences and gathered data will be summarized into a more concise and complete form. This will eventually be posted as a detailed source for information regarding Effects (Physical and Psychological), Dosage, and gathered trip reports. We will not be 100% perfect in our methods, so all information is, obviously, not applicable for everyone nor does it "prove" anything. We are simply doing this to provide a more detailed and complete report than was previously available.
