Is 5-htp really that good that I read everywear? I have tryed every ssri there is but nothing has helped my depression. So if 5-htp could be better I would like to try it. Whats youre experience?
 
comparing 5HTP to a SSRI is comparing apples and oranges
IME 5HTP is a kid version of a SSRI, depending on your level of depression it can help a bit but nothing game changing
wont hurt to try it but do not mix with a SSRI it can cause serotonin syndrome
