How should I take 5-HTP in conjunction with E? Iv heard many stories of preloading it before you roll, like, 100mg everyday for 3 days before you roll makes you roll harder, and helps wiht the comedown. Is there any truth to this?
Don't expect to take 5htp and peak that only happens if your drugfucked. 5htp used to preload may help to better your experience or taken as a postload to soften the after effects but taking 5htp looking for that extra peak without extra substance is something I don't agree with.. placebo affect maybe.
i believe my pre load was 400mg and post load was 200mg.
