Tryptamines 5,6-MDO-DiPT ?

Oh, How I wish 5,6-MDO-DiPT would be available to take. I can't imagine what kind of trip it would produce. A methylenedioxy molecule attached to a tryptamine. That sounds like perfection to me. In hypothesis this compound has the effects of L.S.D., but its real effects are unknown, but the only way to find out is if somebody actually made the stuff. The reason the effects are unknown is because no one has ever tried it. So, would you try 5,6-MDO-DiPT if it were available ?

Shulgin wrote that the 5,6-MD tryptamines dont seem very interesting, but the 4,5 one look much more viable.

So, no i don't think i would try it.

I wonder why Shulgin didn't come up with something such as 4,5-Furan-6,7-Furan-N,N-diisopropyltryptamine ?

I looked up the information and realized I over looked the activity sites on the Tryptamine molecule. Sites 4 and 5 are more active than sites 6 and 7. Thanks for the info.

5,7-Dihydroxytryptamine is supposedly a neurotoxin that kills 5HT receptors, so one should be careful sticking random substituents to tryptamines.
