I've mixed them and it felt like they were competing and interfering. As if they both wanted to tell me a story but doing that simultaneously was annoying and confusing. I managed, but it was not worthwhile.
Then again, others have generally had varied results from combining tryptamines and phenethylamines. They can synergise well, as far as I can tell it is a matter of luck how it works out.
You should weigh the semilanceata's, that way you can measure a dose properly.
I would not use any other drug before you have come up entirely on the mushrooms. Considering they are natural products (and especially if you do not or cannot weigh them!) the intensity may be unpredictable and it would seem unwise to take additional psychedelics that may not interact positively in all cases. If you want to mix them, first wait until you feel like the mushrooms alone are not hard to handle and pretty mild. If they are stronger, why mix?
Regarding dosage, if you combine you should always take less of each than you should normally take (always when there can be potentiation and interaction between drugs, which is often the case). Again I have no idea how much your mushrooms weigh, and depending on how you are storing them they might be drying out making dosage by weight inaccurate.
Fresh mushrooms should be stored in the fridge in a paper bag for up to a week. Otherwise they have to be dried completely.
IMO combining mushrooms and LSD is somewhat pointless and complicating, again it is unpredictable whether they interact positively or negatively and I also feel like mixing them is redundant because they are both all-round classical psychedelics. So it is hard to say whether it makes a difference. It can certainly extend the trip. Acute tolerance is also a factor.
With the general choice of mixing in additional psychedelics, it is IMO a question of whether you want to lose yourself in chaos of an unpredictable nature or instead want to want to have an intense trip that isn't unnecessarily complicated.
