When I visited Japan in 2010 for a while this was widely available legal meth there and they were about to ban it soon according to pamphlets circulating along cafés and teahouses. Don't know if it was just for the scares but there was quite gross picture of what happens to gums and throat when that was being smoked.

Anyhow ended up trying some after my Ritalin supply ended and it was quite different and jittery high when compared to Ritalin. I don't have much knowledge of stimulants so I can't compare it any better.
