4-MAR n airports...

hey guys,
I know 4-MAR is similar in structure to both meth, MDMA and it's various analogs, but where do you think that places it within the realm of drug sniffing dogs and airports?
It would be a small enough amount, but I would be going from major airports in NY to LA.
I mean, I don't think it'd be too much of a problem, but you never know, right?
 
I've never encountered drug sniffing dogs in an airport. If you have a small amount on your person, it shouldn't be a problem.
If you're thinking about hiding it in an electronic device like a walkman or pager, make sure you don't take the batteries out and hide it in the battery compartment, as many airport security checkpoints check for that nowadays. The last flight I took, I had to open the battery case for my pager in both airports.
4-mar has an unusual chemistry and is somewhat different from other amphetamines. I'm not sure that it could be smelled by dogs or that it would even show up in a urine test. However, the safe thing to do would be to assume the worse.
The quantity of the drug doesn't matter. If you have enough for a dose, it's more than enough for a dog to detect.
Personally, I've taken drugs aboard flights several times. And so have many people I've known. I've never known anyone to have a problem, except for one guy who was smuggling 10,000 pills. And he was only stopped because he bought his partner's plane ticket and his partner had a warrant and that's why he was stopped at all.
If you want to try to smuggle a small bit of powder, hide it under the small layer on the inside of your shoe where you won't have to risk someone finding it giving you a general search, even if you're asked to remove your shoes, nor will you have to chance people going through your bags or pockets or whatever.

The general consensus is that due to all the side effets, methamphetamine is better than 4-mar.
I wasn't impressed with it at all. It just induced a very introverted stimulating experience devoid of fun every time I took it.

hardly.
most EVERYONE i know or have encountered much prefer ICE (4mar) to meth.
 
I used to be on the Ice over meth train..... but that was only cuz i hadnt had good meth for so long.... meth blows ice otta the water IMO, so much more fun
 
Ya meth is definitely better than ice. ice has a lot of side effects and you cant really binge on it without getting real fucked up in a bad way. and 4-mar is not an amphetamine.

I think I'm going to chance it. I've have a couple of experiences in my past in which nobody would have known the wiser, had I drug or no drug on my person, in my bag, etc.
the only thing I'm skeptical about is the post-9/11 security-thing. Because I haven't flown since then.
...then again this might work in my favor, detracting from domestic security.
blahblahblah...I guess we'll just have to see how it goes, right?

NOT because I choose 4-MAR over meth. just things are available where they're available.

Oh i forgot to answer your question. I have taken 4-mar across the country. I put the baggy inside an electronic device which i had to unscrew then screw back together, not in the battery compartment. I had no problems with it. If you ask me, just put it in your pocket I did this with weed pre-911. The 4-MAR was taken after 911.
 
if youre a female theres a place to hide it if its a small amount...
i wonder if a sniffer dog could smell it?
 
For YOU. For MOST people it's nothing but dysphoria and shitting feelings.
For ME meth has no "downer" (if you're trying to say comedown). That's not what "downer" means by the way. Downer means depressant.
 
4-mar has a shitty comedown for plenty of people I know.
And regardles, I don't care how good the comedown is with 4-mar, cause I don't enjoy the time when I'm high all that much.
I'd rather do a drug I REALLY enjoy like meth.
 
I would be very careful carrying anything through airports these days. I flew from chicago recently and they were using smelling machines on EVERYONES bags.
Im not sure what those little boxes can smell but if they can they will get you for sure.
 
just an update for those who are interested...
it went well. so well, in fact, i wished that i'd brought more. In this case, it was just a matter of what can be concealed underneath one's clothing. the act of shoving things in orefices was completely unneccessary.
as a matter of fact, the only 'hightened measure of security' that I was aware of occured on my way back to NY in LAX, where they manually searched everyone's luggage.
i don't know if my experience is typical but it really seemed like i could have transported any amount of any drug so long as i could conceal it under my clothes.
