RCs 4-ho-Met Swollen members?

A friend of mine really loves 4-ho-met, but any time he ingest some (usually in dosage range from 18 to 45mg), His left arm get swollen and huge.

Few hours past the trip it come back to normal, no pain is to signal, but still this is a weird reaction.

Anyone else experience this or have any idea how to prevent this from happening?

I don't think 4-ho-met have some toxicity?
 
I'm no expert on psychs and their kind, but, if when you take something you begin to swell - (especially one's left arm....) Consider just, idk, not ever taking that substance again. Find an alternative that doesn't present with what can be a life threatening side effect. (In that same train of though, what CAN'T kill you? *shrug*)
