RCs 4-FA/MDAI after taking Tramadol previous day

i remember reading a post somewhere where they said that taking a stimulant a day or two after having taken Tramadol resulted in diminshed effects from the stimulant.

Yesterday afternoon i took 100mg Tramadol - and tonight i was thinking of taking a 4-FA/MDAI combo. Would it be better to wait? Am i going to feel less effects because I took the tramadol yesterday? Anybody have any experience with similar dosing regime? Any thoughts or comments/advice much appreciated in advance... thanks.

It's very possible that is correct due to tramadol's NRI activity. Tramadol has metabolites in the two digit territory, des/dides/trides-methyltramadol being the primary metabolites and both des/dides-methyltramadol known to be active.

Especially if it's extended-release tramadol it can stay active for atleast 24-36 hours and if it's instant-release it can be anywhere from 12-24 and that's not to say the metabolites can't be active for even longer. The best thing to do if you don't want to blunt your high is wait at least 24-36 hours after your tramadol dose in both cases.
