Im just wondering if a majority of the effects would be diminished by my daily 15 mg of remeron. I understand that 4-fa act somewhat on setatonin and with ecstasy the remeron has definately diminished the effects a little bit. Any input would be appreciated.

Hi, mirtazapine is a sedative anti depressant, so yes, the effects of 4-FA will be diminished by the fact you're taking a sedative on a daily basis.

However, mirtazapine sedative effects tend to disappear with regular intake, so as your body becomes accustomed to the drug it won't have the same sedation anymore.

and there's next to naught known about 4-fa's profile. also add in the fact that mirtazepine is an NaSSA (noradrenergic and selective serotonin antidepressant) makes the likelilhood of it being a potentially fatal mix that bit extra.

Fatal in what respect, seratonin syndrome? I take vyvanse with it daily and there has never been complications and i have used it with many other drugs as i have been on it for ab 4 years.
