BACKGROUND: I have extensive experience with RC stimulants. Here's a brief resume: mephedrone, methylone, MDPV, ethylphenidate, MPA, most of the cathinones and all the fluoroamphetamines. I also tried meth once. I take either 2-FA or 2-FMA daily, so I have a small stim tolerance in place.
Dose & ROA: My doses have hovered around 20-30 mg per day in divided doses for 3 days. I prefer oral administration over nasal but see people are already IV'ing it. Not cool.
Description of Effects: 3f-phenmetrazine is different than any other stim class I've tried. It has a milder-but-similar euphoria to meth but a much shorter duration & easier comedown. Appetite suppression is stronger than with 2-FA or 2-FMA. There's both a mental and physical energy that makes any kind of activity fun. It seems to have a strong dopamine/norepinephrine push and little-to-no serotonin release. It goes great with weed, tianeptine and etizolam (though I don't recommend drug combos for harm reduction purposes!)
My 3f-phen "trips" have mostly consisted of editing playlists obsessively, exercising, cleaning and surfin' the web. Talking and typing are also fun. There's more of a physical push than mental, with fewer thought loops and pointless repetitive actions than amphetamines. I don't find myself getting "stuck" on tasks and would rather get up and move. My muscles are pretty tense like they felt on meth, which isn't entirely unpleasant.
Warning: This is a brand new compound with no history of human use. It is more potent than its parent compound, phenmetrazine, which was considered one of the most powerful diet drugs of the 1960s. There is no need to take hundreds of mg's in a night or several grams in a week unless you want to take a dirt nap. Of course there will be nasty comedowns and fiendish side effects at those doses! People need to treat this drug--and their bodies--with more respect.
