Misc 300mg DXM two-or-three days after taking 300mg of St John's Wort.. safe?

I took SJW recently, but I can't remember if it was two days ago or three days ago... I am much more certain it was three days, and still, it was in the morning. Would 300mg DXM tonight be safe in terms of serotonin syndrome? The half-life of SJW is said to be around 40 hours, and it would at least be 60 hours since the last use of SJW. Also, I had a LOW dose of 4-aco-DMT this morning and 2.5mg klonopin afterwards, but I doubt that the pseudoshrooms would contribute to the serotonin syndrome. Your thoughts?? :)
 
we couldn't tell you, but with a half life of 40 hours you should ideally wait at least 4-5 half lives to consider the drug fully "gone" ... ~8 days.

personally I wouldnt chance it. you would still have almost ~100mg SJW active after 60 hrs.

When it comes to DXM you really shouldn't combine it with anything and err on the side of caution. DXM is rather hard on the body as is..when you go adding other drugs to the equation things can go down hill really fast. Not trying to preach...I've just personally combined DXM with "harmless" drugs like benzos/opiates with bad results in the past.

From experience I can tell you that eating healthy and begin hydrated for a few days before your trip will lead to less of a hang over and make things a little easier on your body. Drink water throughout and after the trip, and make sure to eat something too (you won't feel hungry). Also despite what people say try to have something on your stomach when you take the DXM, this again helps your body break it down as all that crap really takes a toll on everything.

I know you probably weren't seeking a "its my first time" answer but I just wanted to chime in because I don't see many people reply to these DXM threads. I don't partake in it anymore but there was a time when I really enjoyed it. :)
