3-meo-pcp hcl (smoked/vaporized/freebased)

Evening lads
Lets say one has 3-meo-pcp hcl powder and he wants to smoke it.
Can you smoke the hcl and get good effects or will it just ruin the product?

How would one go about to convert the hcl to freebase,
is it difficult with 3-meo-pcp or is it something one can do home with no advanced lab equipment?

Can this chemical be dissolved and suspended in s liquid like porpylenglycol? I got a gram of this and would lil to see if I can make flakes or traditional PCP dippers. I do not care for oral and I would never I'm a rc especially this one. Oral dosing tends to make me sick tons of spinng on the comedown. Any help would be greatly appreciated everybody.
