I know there's no IDing so I'm just looking for a few pointers on what to do now.

I ordered the latter from a vendor but received a package labeled with the former. Twice attempted 10mg doses, with no effects, which leads me to believe the bag was labeled wrong rather than received the wrong substance.

Any advice on where to go now? How would I go about perhaps chemically testing to see which of these compounds this is?
 
Ah I figured as much, so I can only really rely on the vendors response (if I get one), or gradually tapering upwards until I find the sweet spot. Thanks anyway, hope I don't waste the whole bloody thing before I get there.
