Dissociatives 3-HO-PCP question

Hi I searched and didnt find information about this. I wonder if 3-HO-PCP .HCL is safe to IV. Dont know what HCL is really, so I need to know if IV in this form is safe?

Yes it should be. HCL just means its salt form is in hydrochloric acid which is one of the most common forms of drugs of abuse.
