3 days into 20mg fluoxetine, is >250mg Dextromethorphan 100% irresponsible
SWIM just started a 20mg fluoxetine regiment daily. This is my third day. SWIM is wondering if SWIM could take a low dose of DXM and still avoid serotonin syndrome. SWIM is 175lbs 5ft11in. SWIM understands that it is important not to take a mixture medication (dxm+acetaminophen, etc), prefacing with such info is unnecessary. And SWIM is looking forward to a potentially petrifying delusional trip and is open to a positive one as well. Thanks so much guys.
P.S SWIM also has been taking 72mg of methylphenidate as prescribed daily. Has been taking 36mg for the past 6 days as a result of an overly high and anxiety inducing dose (will be upped to 54mg after 36mg equilibrium is reached)
