Three A.M.
still wide awake.
The radio transfixed within my mind is set to static..
transmission is lost and all that remains is noise.
White noise.
Gray noise.
Poisons the mind.
Upsets sleep.
I wish I could change the station..
I wish I could turn it off..
but instead, I shall lay here
obsessed with this trivial nothingness..
disturbed by the shadows in my mind.
