2cb and lsd cross question

Alright, I will save you the long explenation and get down to it. I took lsd one week ago to the day. About 150ug. If I wanted to do 2cb today, exactly one week later, how would I adjust up the dose for tolerance if my normal 2cb dose is 24 mg? It usually takes me at least 2 weeks to get through all the lsd tolerance, and the tolerance chart is pretty accurate for me if I were dosing lsd, but with the wacky response curve of 2cb I was hoping for feedback and I couldn't find anything on this particular situation.
