2c-x illegal in US?

So I've read that Obama signed the new synthetic drug ban, which targets pretty much all of the 2c's. So no more 2c deliveries to the states then?? What do you guys think will happen with these compounds? Do you think they'll end up in the street all cut to hell? Or do you think 2c-B will become really popular since they're all basically illegal now?

Existing stocks in the U.S. might get converted to their NBOMe derivatives and sold off that way. The rest might continue to be sold on the dark web and through traditional channels. Maybe, once all of the 2Cs have the same legal status, 2C-B will become more widely available? Might as well be hanged for a sheep as a lamb.
