Here is my 2cents.
In my opinion, blue berries are one of the number one things to use to help ease the neurotoxcitiy of amphetamines and phenethylamines. They and are extremely high in antioxidants hence they are sometimes refered to as natures antioxidant. Eating some blue berries before had can be very beneficial, In my opinion. Also when my appetite returns i always snack on them. They contain such compounds as Anthocyanin and various other phytochemicals which attack free radicals.

Especially in wild species, blueberries contain anthocyanins, other antioxidant pigments and various phytochemicals possibly having a role in reducing risks of some diseases, including inflammation and certain cancers.
I know this is unrelated to antioxidants but I'm going to mention it for harm reductions sake. Milk is one of the best things you can drink before you sleep/while you are coming down, in my opinion. Milk has high levels of l-tryptophan which is a very important amino acid. L-tryptophan can be synthesized into serotonin in the brain.

It is particularly plentiful in chocolate, oats, dried dates, milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, red meat, eggs, fish, poultry, sesame, chickpeas, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, spirulina, and peanuts.
When l-tryptophan enters the brain It is convererted into 5-hydroxy-tryptophan via aromatic amino acid decarboxylase and then into serotonin by N-actyl transferase.

These are only recommendations and as always YMMV. I'm a bit of a biochemistry nerd I'm going into my 3rd year.
