At Earthcore last year I had my first experience with 2C-T-2. I have had one experience with 2-cb previously. After staying awake the previous night on meth-amphetamine I took 20mg of 2ct2 around midday. I orally ingested 20mg of a terrible tasting powder sat back and waited with a calm but anxious mind. I didn't know what to expect, A friend of mine also took the same dosage.
After about 30-45 minutes I became uncomfortable and developed mild nausea and stomach cramps. Also my body was aching especially in the joints. Thoughts entered my head. 'Have I taken too much?' "Should I be feeling this way?' I didnt develop paranoia just an increased awareness to my body. I worried less when I started to notice that colors had become intensified. I knew I was on my way.
Over the next hour I was a bit uncomfortable but was experiencing wonderful visuals. Peoples faces were most noticable they had distortions such as two mouths and rotating eyes. Colors became more radiant with a illuminating glow. The anxiety had subsided I was beginning to enjoy it. My visual field was a kaleidoscope with eyes shut and merging imagery with them open not unlike LSD. My perception of distance was most noticable. Objects in my field of vision became almost one dimensional like I was looking at a picture on the wall. I couldn't tell which object was further away the car or tree. Then my mind would swap them around making the tree appear closer then vice-versa. I could almost control my visuals. Everything looked or turned plasticine. Things merged and melted. Visually it was similar but also had big differences to LSD.
There was a very strong wind at the time which was extremely refreshing as well as entertaining. It made the tents on the camp site come alive. One particular tent had its flaps moving with the wind, it became 'alive' a living creature. I remember saying to someone 'thats an evil tent.' Unlike when I now take psilocybin or LSD I found it suprisingly easy to communicate with others, I wasn't detacted from reality. I could still understand what was going on around me. I was quite coherent, I could understand others and they could make sense of what I was saying.
The experience lasted a good 4 or so hours with some lingering after effects. My vision was heightened for long after the drug wore off. One thing that caused discomfort was a head-ache about 8 hours after ingestion that was situated deep in the back of my head. Sort of a burning sensation. I took 20mg of Diazepam which helped me back to base-line. Overall I found it an interesting experience. More visual than 2-CB but without the 'energy' and socialbility factor. The dose of 20mg (which was stupidly weighted by eye) was maybe a bit more than I would take next time. But the visuals made the uncomfortable body load worth it in the end. Im looking forward to the next phenethlymine on the list.
