I have recently acquired what I was told to be 2C-B, but have a feeling it may turn out to be 2C-I. Although this is all good, I really would like to know what it is. From my understanding 2C-B will turn yellow to a light green, whilst 2C-I will be dark and turn dark pine green.

Anyone have any experiences with 2C-I and marquis reagent?

ok thats cool..

I really would like to know, because it tests yellow to a light green, which suggests its 2c-b. Which is a good thing

but just for educational purposes I would like to know what 2c-i reacts like

Sorry guys, this is going to take a little longer. I am going to go ahead and test all of the popular "research chemicals", and a few others, to see the reactions. I will post it when it is done.

2C-I: at first turns a dark brown, then after 30 seconds or so goes to dark pine green

2C-B: quick change to a light lime-green color

2C-C: same as 2C-B...hmm!

Then I am happy..

Thats what I had read over on Erowid, but the page that originally had been referenced was pulled for some reason...

well now that that is over, what is a good dosage level for 2C-B?

I had heard threshold being about 10-15mg with good being in the 16-20mg range. Does this concur with anyone else experiences?

I'm pretty insensitive to 2C-B. I need at least 24 mg to reach a full +3. For serious tripping, I'll go as high as 32 mg.

With 2C-I, much less is needed. 16 mg of 2C-I is all I ever need to get the effects I'm looking for.

2C-I's threshold for me is about 3mg

at 6mg i definately feel its presence and i feel good and trippy

12mg is a good dose. mildly stimulating, goes nice with a few beers. some visuals, like the moving shadows effect.

>20mg the trip can get confusing. senses like depth perception are distorted and nice, interesting visuals can occur. its cool to space out and see crazy closed eye visuals...very unique.

I decided it was not in my best interest to photograph evidence of what I may or may not have access to. So I will not be doing this project after all. I simply want to add that nada rylnym is 100% correct. But I noticed that 2C-C is much slower to change to green than 2C-B and the green it turns to is a little lighter than 2C-B's green. As for 2C-E....2C-E does not react to marquis at all. No change! Interesting. I tested a few tryptamines too but can't find my notes so I will add them later.
