Regarding the 2c-i related stroke, I know a woman who was debilitated by Moyamoya. IIRC, the name comes from the Japanese word for "clouds" -- it's a tangled thicket of blood vessels located in your brain which appears like a wisp of clouds on a CAT/PET scan. When/if it finally explodes, the end result is a burst brain aneurysm with all that entails. My friend/acquaintance was a health nut and, to the best of my knowledge, stone cold sober when she collapsed at a New Year's Eve party: she is in a nursing facility to this day.
In the case of the 2c-i report, this woman was walking around with a ticking time bomb in her head. She might well have been stricken in the shower, but that doesn't mean shampoo caused the problem.
