2C-E/B Allergy Testing Questions

Hey everyone, I just recently acquired some 2c-e and 2c-b and had some questions about allergy testing. First is about dose, I know 1mg would be enough to test for any adverse reactions but I was thinking about dosing 3-4 mg (2c-e) because I have heard good things about low-dose 2c-e experiences and I might as well kill two birds with one stone.

I was planning on actually ingesting a normal dose of 2c-b this Friday and would be able to conduct the allergy test no earlier than Wednesday this week, should I notice any significant tolerance from a dose that low? Should I wait longer? Also I have read many threads on a starting dose for both chems but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask anyway. Is the dosing on these substances fairly weight dependent? Just for reference I weight 220 lbs and have a decent amount of psychedelic experience i.e. LSD (1 trip was at roughly 1100ug) Mushrooms, DMT, and 25c-NBOMe. The thing that was getting me is that the NBOMe chemicals and the 2c family chemicals are somewhat close in structure, is it safe to assume that if I had no adverse reaction to 25c that I would be OK with these?

If you guys could please tell me if I should be expecting any noticeable tolerance doing a 3mg allergy test 2 days before and throw me some starting dose figures it would be greatly appreciated. This is a wonderful community, all of you do great work and your information has saved my ass from many stupid mistakes over the years that would have been made had a place like this not existed. Thank you. =D

Edit: One thing I forgot, two friends will be taking the 2c-b with me on Friday too. One has almost as much psychedelic experience as me, the other has taken mushrooms once years ago, but has taken a lot out of it and wants to expand her horizons. From what I read 2c-b seems to be fairly mild, especially in comparison to 2c-e, would it be wise to start them on the same dose as me?

3mg is certainly NOT an allergy test dose of 2C-E. That's in the threshold realm.

Allergy tests are typically less than 1mg, and performed on sensitive tissue (like tongue) with the intention of discovering any idiosyncratic reactions (histamine response, swelling, hives, etc).

You are probably going to feel threshold effects (sensitivity to light, spaced-out-thoughts) for a few hours on 3mg of 2C-E if you have a batch with good purity. This is probably not going to affect your tolerance too much, as generally the higher the dose the longer the tolerance will last.

If you do really want to try "low dose" 2C-E, I might suggest closer to 5mg.
 
I totally don't enjoy low-dose 2C-E. I've taken 5 mg before, and it made me feel slightly disoriented and generally uncomfortable for several hours before fading into a background hum. You're certainly welcome to try it, but I wouldn't recommend it. Now low-dose acid, on the other hand, seems like it might be great.
 
Thanks for all the replies guys. It definitely wouldn't hurt to be on the safe side, even though the Dragonfly incident was some time ago I would way rather not be in the hospital. And I'll keep that in mind space, I'll never know til I try it though. I guess that's why it's called research :)
