Say I where to ingest 10-15mg of either compound as a test, should I wait an extended period of time before going up 5-10MG more or is 24-48 hours enough ?

i recommend 2 weeks. however a week should be enough.

2 weeks you are definitly safe. also, there is a high cross-tolerance.
5 mg is alot to increase....try starting with 2 or 3mg increments. 2-cb dosage effects change with every 2mg.
