Hello people,

I'm gonna receive 1g or 2C-B in powder form. I wanted to dilute it in some liquid to dose it more easily (doing 1g in 100ml, so 10mg/ml). What liquid is the best to use for that? I see alcohol, or PG. Would vodka be enough by any chance? Since it's easier to find.

Thanks!

The highest proof alcohol you can buy is your best bet for long term storage. I always bought 190 proof everclear. If that isn't available where you live you can get the 151 proof and it'll work just fine.

You could use distilled water but if you do it'll freeze when you store your solution in the freezer. Which is why most people prefer alcohol. For long term storage alcohol is always better than water for the usual reasons. I've never used PG but I suppose it would work. But you're better off just using alcohol.

A little tip. If you decide to store it in the freezer long term make sure the bottle it's in is sealed well. One time I stored LSD diluted in everclear in a dropper bottle. It was in there for a long time and stored within two containers. One of which was also wrapped in plastic.

The freezer still managed to evaporate most of the alcohol in the dropper bottle. I didn't lose any material and got it all back by adding more alcohol. But it sucked because I couldn't remember how much was in the bottle before. So the first couple of doses out of the bottle was pure guess work. I erred on the side of caution and filled it back up to the top.

Even if you think it's sealed well you should mark the level of the liquid on the outside of the bottle. That way if the alcohol evaporates you'll know where it was before. It's helpful because if you don't remember you might end up getting a double dose you weren't expecting.

When you get to the bottom don't get too tempted to wash it and take everything that's left. I've gotten in trouble more than once like that. Adding more alcohol to an 'empty' container, shaking it then drinking it all in one go. There is usually more material in the empty bottle than you'd expect.
