Opioids 25mcg's Mylan Fent patch question..

First off I have been doing opiates for about 4 years now, my longest break was 1 year due to being on MMT, (still not a break as we all know Methadone is an opiate also) but i had to get off of the methadone cause it was a 2 hour drive(1 hour there 1 hour back) and the cost, not just the 12 dollars a day, but gas, cigs, benzos etc etc.

Anyways, my tolerance to oxycodone is about 100mg to get me almost nodding, and its been like this for the last 2, 2 and a half years, ever since i got off MMT.

Now for the last 2 weeks i've been doing Opana 40mg ER, 20mg ER, and 10 IR, for about 5 days straight, and even with my decently high tolerance to oxycodone my first dose of 20mg's of opana would have me feeling like i've never felt befor, nod, heaven, pure bliss, nirvana, you name it..but stupid me, i got crazy with it, within a day i was doing 60-80mg's a day of the opana 40mg ER, and yes i still got blasted like crazy on it and everything, it's just that my stock ran out, and i couldnt pay *edit* bucks for a 40mg opana ER anymore.


So here's my question, today i got a hold of one 25mcg Mylan fent patch, and i have never tried fent befor i heard/read it is VERY STRONG, so i figure since i've been doing Opana for the last week 25mcg's should just get me a good high, (it said on the little package the patch came in that it contains 2.55mg's of fentanyl) so i look it up on one of those narcotic converter charts and it said 2mg's of fentanyl is equal to 40mg's of Opana? anyway so i have the mylan with no gel so i read a little bit on how to get the most out of it and the best way i hear is to cut it in half and put one half on one side of your mouth and the other half on the other side, so thats what i did and waited, almost 10 mins went by nothing, 20mins and i start feeling it a little, 30 mins and its hitting me hard, 40 mins i am nodding out sweating and having trouble breathing\staying awake, itching like crazy, (keep in mind 10 mins after i put the fent between both cheeks i put a 1mg xanax ball under my tounge also.

so after about 3-4 hours of being fucked out of my mind, (almost went to the hospital at one point, well thought about it atleast) i took the 2 halfs out of my mouth and chilled for a bit on it.

Question is, how much can i get out of these damn things, i just put them back in between my cheeks 20 mins ago and its starting to hit me harder again, are they gonna keep hitting me the whole 72 hours? or what>?

i thought opana was strong, this fent stuff is a beast, sorry for the long post and all, just need a good answer cause im dealing with some serious stuff here.

in my experience of re-using fent patches they've become less and less efficient. i found after a day putting them in 2-3 times (for hours at a time, i had a monsterous tolerance, this was with 75-100mcg worth) by the 2nd day they were useless.

i'm assuming it had something to do with the matrix being inhibited and unable to efficiently release the fentanyl any longer.

around 20-30mins is the usual time space to feel the fent come on as well.

search for the fentanyl mega thread as well as other subuccal fent threads for a better idea on how to use and dose safely. your tolerance was too low, imo, to be using 25mcg'hr of fent subucally. the fentany is released at a quicker rate than when worn transdermally.

Fuck Canada being behind on their drugs, heard a while ago through my PM they are currently doing clinical trials and releasing Opana (oxymorphone ER/IR) in Canada but it's still yet to become a reality, can't wait to IV some of those beautiful 10s... ahh to dream...

Yeah i forgot no prices, so i'll edit that part out.

The only reason i'm getting them that cheap is because of my location, otherwise i could only imagine how high the price would be :0

On the other hand they are as good as they are said to be, i could not believe even with my tolerance and how long i've been doing Opiates (mainly oxycodone and hydromorphone) how high i got just on half a 40mg ER, it scared me to be honest.

I had my fun with Opana and i will not try it again, i only used it for 6 or 7 days and i could already notice brutal withdrawal increase. i will not get fully addicted to them, i just cant, it was well worth it and one hell of a high.

I can hardly keep my roxicodone addiction/habit at bay so i'll stick to that.

Watch out for Opana though, you will very much like it.



PS. i tried one 25mcg fent patch made by mylan yesterday, cut it in half and let both pieces sit on each cheek in my mouth.. this was my first time trying fent.

I almost ended up in the hospital, fent is so sedating, too sedating for me, never again.

Ya I stupidly cheeked a whole 100mcg patch with a 240-320mg oxycodone a day habit and experienced the same effects, thought I was gunna die and had the girlfriend half scared to death and ready to call 911 about 10 times. Haven't touched fentanyl since . Too sedating and not enough euphoria, felt cold and sedating only IMO. Wouldn't mind trying IV if some vials came my way though...

Hey friends the fent patches are good for taking the edge off. Always remember one thing never never IV them the delivery mechanism of action could and probably would kill you. That being said if you are opioid tolerant the 100mcg patches should be cut in half and taken 3hrs or so apart. Rumor has it there 10 to 15 xx stronger then morph sulfate. I personally don't think so. My wife is a Dr RPH and is checking the conversion rate out, Will post later
