He took it in 3mg dose, on the mark.
Effect it is very weak, there is no visual.
Prior to that, tried 25c and 25i
The strongest was 25i-nbome...
What could be wrong?
Who tested this stuff?

How did you take this compound? Has it been reliably determined to be authentic 25b-nbome - NOT by the vendor, but by a 3rd party?

It is likely fake if it produces no effects but you find effects with 25c/25i.
