20mg of Ritalin after 250mg of tramadol

What would happen if SWIM snorted 20mg of Ritalin after taking 250mg of Tramadol. SWIM took the Tramadol one hour ago and has no tolerance to either drugs.

This is very dangerous, please do not do this! Any kind of amphetamine or any other drug that works on serotonin is very bad to combine with tramadol, it can cause serotonin syndrome which has been known to be fatal is not treated immediately.

SWIM says thank you very much and would like to add that the Tramadol high was the best they've ever had. SWIM was also wondering how long 150mg of Tramadol would stay in the system.
