20mg adderall

I've recently acquired 20mg M. amphet salt pills (which i'm assuming is adderall?) anyway i plan on taking them for studying and schoolwork, but i was wondering how much of an effect 20mg has? What are some effects I will notice? Also, how long will it last?
 
when u say m. amphet do you mean methamphetamine? because they do make desoxyn for ADD which contains methamphetamine.
 
i had a slight numb feeling, and a high need to be productive. very usefull for work/school. 20mg XR is perf...
