If Trump rebuilds Detroit like he said he would then I as an Australian who hates all politicians all over the world with a fury that knows no bounds- will be very very happy.

Why?

I fucking love Eminem. I fucking love the city as its so blue class and some family live there and Im fucking sick of stupid boring cars that dont last more than 10 years.

Plus my old boss vusited there as we have a branch there and he was horrified at what has become of a once bustling vibrant city.

So Trump:

Pull your finger out

Dont tweet on work time

And GET ON WITH IT

Detroit has rebuilt itself before Trump became GOAT President, 20 years ago it was a mess, but the tech industry and very smart hardworking regular people have rebuilt the city and real estate in the city has near tripled in the past decade.

It will never be the city it was because it was built and sustaining on the auto industry that has been fragmented and globalized, but if tech companies keep acting like libtards they might just move a portion of their operations to Detroit.

What he needs to do is bring the national guard to Chicago and end the madness, deport all the illegal alien gangbangers, dismantle the street gangs and drug netwroks and put state of the art trade schools in place to give the kids that haven't turned full savage into functional human beings.

Never took you to be a soy boy. What's something trump has done that you didn't mind?

Droppers...in the name of fostering better relations among us all, and creating a better forum in general... please avoid cuck, soyboy, etc. Any point can be made without resorting to such words. I know I've been guilty to of being divisive but let us all step up our game, be the ambassadors of our point of view, and state our side without the ad homonims. Please, for me. I was serious when I said a new year is coming and we should all strive for better.

Seconded and thirded.

For sure, for sure, I'm on board. Honeslty I wouldn't have used it if I didn't have a rapport with the poster the comment was in response to. I havent called any of the usual suspects "soyboys" or used any other ad Homs for a reason, I don't like to lower myself To that level.
BluePhlame would you back me up on the first part of this post brother? You the man MGS

Detroit has 'rebuilt itself' since january? Can you back that claim up with a link or some data please?

Where does it say January?

Detroit was a shit hole 20 years ago. Shit the last time I was there 7 years ago it was more ragged than Buffalo.

They have seen a major turn around in the last decade just as the post above yours mentioned.

Maybe you should take the cotton out of your ears/eyes and put it in your mouth there, before you go spouting off about things you have no idea on.

yea, apparently 3 AMs aren't my best moments either.

Anyways, Detroit is turning around as are most of the Major Rust Belt Cities:

Pitt, Cleveland, Milwaukee, Buffalo.

Haven't personally been to Milwaukee, but I know Pitt and Cleveland have done a pretty good job of attracting new business / corporations and have great night life. Buffalo is probably 5-10 years at least behind Cleveland, not sure we can ever catch up to Pitt.

I'd like to visit Detroit. Apparently property is really cheap there. Not sure if that's a good thing or just a sign that people don't want to be there. Is the city still bankrupt or did that pass?

Democrat plans to force impeachment vote against Donald Trump this week

A Democratic congressman said Tuesday that he intended to force the House to vote on Donald Trump’s impeachment.

Representative Al Green of Texas said he would present articles of impeachment on the floor of the House on Wednesday, arguing that the president was “unmindful of the high duties of his high office and the dignity and properties thereof”.

“For too long, we have allowed our civility to prevent us from confronting the invidious incivility of President Donald J. Trump,” Green wrote in a memo to colleagues on Tuesday.

“In doing this, hatred disguised as acceptable political correctness has festered in our body politic and polluted our discourse to our detriment. It divides and damages the social fabric of our country in ways that obstruction of justice cannot. It causes unparalleled destruction to our society in the long- and short-term that will not easily heal.”

The impeachment resolution that Green’s office circulated to reporters on Tuesday did not include allegations that Trump had committed a crime or obstructed justice. But it did detail Trump’s “association” with white nationalism, neo-Nazism and his incitement of hatred and hostility as evidence that he is not fit to occupy the Oval Office.

The congressman specifically references Trump’s comments after the deadly violence in Charlottesville, when Trump drew an equivalence between neo-Nazi demonstrators and liberal activists there protesting them, his decision last week to share three anti-Muslim videos posted by the deputy leader of a British far-right group, and a list of statements he has made denigrating groups and individuals, including NFL players and the congresswoman Frederica Wilson.

Democratic leaders have sought to temper calls for Trump’s impeachment, arguing that the move would be premature given the continuing investigations into his campaign and administration led by congressional committees and the special counsel Robert S Mueller.

Pushing impeachment before the investigators complete their work, they say, could undermine the prospect of bipartisan action on impeachment should the inquiries uncover compelling evidence against the president. The House minority leader, Nancy Pelosi, has publicly opposed the idea and recently said that if her party retook the House in the 2018, impeachment should not be a focus.

Democratic leaders appeared to have prevented Green from bringing an impeachment resolution in October, when the congressman ultimately stopped short of offering it.

Green is not the only member of Congress who has drafted articles of impeachment, but he would be the first to trigger a vote on them.

Only three presidents have been impeached by the House, though none were removed from office. Presidents Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton were acquitted by the Senate and Richard Nixon resigned before the House voted on his articles of impeachment.

The resolution has no real chance of advancing in the House. Republicans are likely to vote to set aside the motion. But that would still force Democrats to take a potentially troublesome position on a symbolic vote.

A vote to table the motion would force Democrats to explain to restive liberals eager to see Trump removed from office why they did not support an attempt to do so. But if they vote against tabling the motion, they could be forced to explain to moderate and independent voters why they acted to impeach Trump before the investigations had concluded.

House Democrats are “overwhelmingly against” bringing this motion to the floor at this time, a Democratic aide said on Tuesday. The aide said members had voiced their concerns about an impeachment vote on numerous occasions when the issue was raised.

In his letter to colleagues, Green wrote: “As I have said before, this is not about Democrats, it is about democracy. It is not about Republicans, it is about the fate of our Republic. May everyone vote their conscience knowing that history will judge us all.”

Oh snaps, GOAT President announced that that the world's only superpower will recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel!!!!!

A recognition of reality!

A return of the temple mount....to Israel!

He is directing the state department to move the embassy!

It's on like donkey kong!!!!

Lmfao

The man is staying where he's at until 24'. I would bet my life on it.

They are trying to use the same process that last time was attempted to be used to remove a serial rapist who enjoyed penetrating 18yr olds with cigars and ejaculating on their dresses within the oval office....., and he admitted guilt, after stonewall denial for almost a year.....and stayed in office.

What has Trump done that is nearly comparable to that?

World's only superpower?

How well versed are you in the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict?

I totally agree on the impeachment. It's a joke. The only shot they have is to wait it out.
