Spacejunk...only members of the third reich or their neo brothern are to be called "nazis.". Calling non-nazis " nazis" is abusive hate speech and is not to be tolerated.

Folks...up your game...a new year is upon us soon. Leave the name calling in the past.
Yeah there are very few actual Nazis alive today, most in South America. There is only one person here that condones violence against political enemies, actively works on the forum to suppress speech he doesn't like(see the corbyn thread), and calls folks names. I'm surprised ali puts up with the immaturity level tbh

here are some comments by paul ryan about the manner in which the tax bill is being handled by the u.s. senate:

"I don't think we should pass bills that we haven't read that we don't know what they cost."

"Congress is moving fast to rush through a health care overhaul that lacks a key ingredient: the full participation of you, the American people."

"We shouldn't rush this thing through just to rush it through for some artificial deadline. Lets get this thing done right."

"Congress and the White House have focused their public efforts on platitudes and press conferences, while the substance and the details have remained behind closed doors."

oh wait. my mistake. these comments were about obamacare in 2009.

i guess this stuff is not an issue when his party is doing it?

i read one report of a senator who saw the bill, heavily marked up with handwritten notes, only 25 minutes before the vote.

regardless of the subject, do people here feel this is an appropriate way for law to be made in this country?

Here is a fun and unlikely an educational exercise... directed at American's who dislike Trump strongly. Non us citizens are free to play too if they would like.

The exercise asks you to find a single action of President Trump you support. It may be hard but I'll demonstrate with Obama.

Someone is keeping a list of achievements here:

I kind of liked the site someone created for Obama:

Never took you to be a soy boy.
If it wasn't for soy, I'd OD on masculinity.

What's something trump has done that you didn't mind?
He intensified political discourse among the commoners after he won the presidential race against Hillary, and shamed the media for their ungraceful loss. Although it's debatable whether commoners getting riled up about politics is a good thing or not. He's also an American exceptionalist.

If Kim is Rocket Man, trump is Tiny Dancer.

So anyway - donald trump; sex pest, liar or senile (or all of the above?)

'Of course he said it': Billy Bush counters Trump's pussy tape claims
Presenter, who was also on the Access Hollywood tape, upset over reports that the president has said he doesn’t believe it is real
Billy Bush has pushed back against reports that Donald Trump believes the Access Hollywood tape was a hoax. Writing in the New York Times on Sunday, the television host says: “Of course he said it.”
Bush, who was recorded listening to Trump making lewd comments about grabbing women “by the pussy”, said that recent reports that the US president was denying the remarks “hit a raw nerve in me”.

The tape, which was published by the Washington Post on 7 October 2016 sent shockwaves through American politics. In addition to boasting about grabbing female genitalia, Trump said “when you’re a star they let you do it. You can do anything”. Although a number of major Republican figures withdrew their support for Trump after the tape was published, he managed to overcome the revelations and win the presidency despite losing the popular vote.He also said that he believed at the time that Trump’s remarks were “a crass standup act ... Surely, we thought, none of this was real”. Bush added that after reading the accounts of many of the nearly 20 women who accused Trump of sexual misconduct, he now believes “the ‘grab ’em by the pussy’ routine [was] real.”
Although Trump apologized for his remarks at the time, there have since been several reports that he has told others that he doesn’t believe the tape is real.
The New York Times op-ed marks a rare return to the spotlight for Bush, who was fired from his position as a co-host at the Today Show after the tape was released in October 2016. He has since left the public eye and has taken up pursuits such as yoga and mediation. Bush is also scheduled to be interviewed by late-night talk show host Stephen Colbert on Monday.
His intervention comes at a moment has been increased focus on allegations of sexual harassment and misconduct. A number of prominent men in politics, media and the arts have faced signification allegations including producer Harvey Weinstein, actor Kevin Spacey and television host Matt Lauer.
The White House stood by its position that all of the women who have accused Trump of misconduct were lying. Trump also backed the candidacy of Roy Moore for Senate in Alabama, who is facing several credible allegations of sexual assault against teenage girls from the 1970s.

Videos in the threads might be all well and good but to be honest mate its unlikely that many will watch them all because its kinda disruptive and time consuming, the original input from bluelighters pov are more interesting and your input from your own words is preferable.

Hope your birthday was a good one <3

That's pretty much exactly my view. I basically never watch videos that people post, we've got the entirety of YouTube for that. I post on bluelight because I wanna hear peoples opinions and ideas.

Don't get me wrong, sometimes a video is useful but so much is just iPhone shot fucking rubbish and it comes from both sides of the spectrum. Its too often biased, selective and trivial.
