Lmao so what do you think Drumpf is ultimately going to get charged with? Russian collusion? He literally was working with Russia to make fake profiles and memes which got him elected!! Lmao idiots like me on T_d and /pol/ did help him, for sure, but I doubt the fake Russian profiles and their shitty memes helped much. They recently released a bunch of memes that the Russians made to "influence the election" and they were on par with, if not worse than, liberal memes. They were cheesy and had zero wit or humor.

Speaking from experience even if you're single with no dependents getting paid min wage or close to it, you receive all the money taken from your paychecks back at the end of the year.

If you've produced bastards that you couldn't afford in the first place you end up getting MORE money (in the form of child credit) back then you put in, and if you received food stamps to feed the bastards you didn't plan and can't afford then you are getting near triple back in what is deducted from your paycheck, and if you get gubmint money to house said bastards mo' money mo' money mo' money!

Generation Z is based as hell and nobody wants anything that is establishment, to run things. The old guard are the hippies that sold out for corporate profits, they still want to be relevant and they try and do so by virtue signaling/ pouring corporate profits into tired politicians that will do their biddings yet espouse their liberal sensibilities. I assume that "income tax is only part of the picture" is only a view someone that isn't "privileged" to have nearly half of their income taxed can have.

Taxes suck, but I sleep well in knowing my taxes go to pay for missles, aircraft and brave men and women that ensure your country's existence and further western culture domination.

Wages have absolutely not grown with GDP since the late 70s. And the mentality that minimum wage jobs are only for teenagers is really telling. Even in a free society not everyone has access, ability, or money to further their education in hopes of earning a realistic income to keep them out of poverty. Its like youre advocating for a caste system.

It really is baffling, SJ. The old adage people vote with their pocketbook doesnt seem to hold up. Lets hope next year it does in the midterms when people are sick of this shit.
 
It's sad when people choose tribalism over solidarity for people in their own communities.
That's why trump is so toxic - he used racist scapegoating to divide working class people, then totally fucked over working and middle class americans to benefit the mega wealthy - yet some of them are still sticking with him.

It's ugly and depressing, but i seriously doubt he's won a single supporter since the election - but i'm sure he's lost millions.
 
The saddest part is I dont think Trump necessarily thinks this whole tax reform is a good idea rather just needs a legislative win.

It is hard to understand why people vote against their self interests. They may think something like "It's for the greater good of the country" or some such magical thinking. I heard most of the country nowadays couldn't tell you what the term lengths are for congressmen and senators. Could be propaganda but rings true. There is no doubt there is a preference to keep the populus dumbed down.

I had heard when Flynn flips on Kushner, daddy will pardon him. Mueller apparently already anticipates this and has a strategy to get some evidence elsewhere. If the man-child fires Mueller, I think that's pretty much getting toward the end game. I think impeachment could be on the table then.
 
Hes gonna be out I feel. In a way its depressing because it shows how much a farce our political system has become (and we will get Pence who will cater even more to the religious nutjobs) but the writing is on the wall. We got Mueller, the 25th amendment option is gathering steam, and the Republicans are scared to death he will cost them in 2018. Remember it was his own party who ultimately got Nixon to resign.

He boasts about his IQ but his lack of intelligence is really coming to the fore, especially when you see clips of him boasting about this shit before the elections.

I just hope all the good americans are holding up alright in light of this insanity.

People say that it will fall to Pence - but who's to say he's not a part of this too?

As VP, you'd suspect he must be a part of it - or at least complicit?
 
Maybe but I doubt they would get rid of them both for logistical reasons. Even if they do we would get Paul Ryan who I just want to slap silly.

Hopefully the republicans will be so damaged by the trump years that they'll be rebuilding for years to come.

To me that's just a no-brainer. They already know he talked to the Russians. Mr. Goody Two shoes of course fessed right up.

I'd settle for Ryan over Pence but I'm not sure.

I have a friend who knew someone who knew Pence as a teenager. He was like a major suck up ass kissing kid of guy apparently. Does that seem like a strech to you?
