2017 Trump Presidency Thread

I think we should be open minded. You quoted this and it seems out context when you take it so literal. if you are following this thread I assume this would make more sense.

I don't think the message was meant to be interpreted literally. The way I see, this is more like you don't have to be friends with people who unfairly dislike others due to their religion, or because they are white, brown or black, gay democrat, etc, etc. etc.
Would you like to open your house to a racist / to a dishonest person?

Figure of speech is something that comes in handy at this moments.

Is America seriously that embroiled in just hating a whole slice of the population based on race/colour/anal sex? And having the freedom to have any choice of lifestyle and the right to be an asshole about others lifestyles?

Do these people all pay tax?

If they do and are citizens if the USA then shouldnt Trump or whomever just happens to stumble in off the street to the White House at least pretend to represent all of you?

Race aint gonna change, neither is sexual preference.

The only thing that has changed is social media popping up and a lot of people spending time glued to pointless arguments about how many genders there are .

Theres more headlines about inane crap than actual important economy rebuilding.

Its really weird.

Has anything remotely positive gappened to get more money in the general publics pockets yet?

Yes.

Not many people, fortunately, but enough that pandering to them can help conservative candidates get the votes they need.

It's what happens with just two parties and news as infortainment--everybody gets partitioned into one side or the other. Then districts get gerrymandered so they're "safe" for one party.

But that leaves you open to a primary challenge, which will be the extreme end of your party. So moderate bipartisan politicians have to appease the angry nuts of the party by saying ridiculous shit.

I yell at my Dad for listening to AM talk radio on long drives, point out you can get NPR barely. Ten minutes, and it's just too dull for him (it is dull, but no commercials) (I figure KPFA might give him a stroke, haven't mentioned it).

^^^
I used to LOVE NPR, and somewhere around Obama's second term they became cheerleaders of the liberal postgender NWO, lmao

I remember in 2015 turning it off for good while listening to a actual radio documentary on a reclusive grown man that really imagined his barbies as actual people, with dairies of their lives...

It was such a joke that with slight editing you could have made the entire piece seem 100% satirical, but it wasn't.

They also seemed much more polished after Obama's term in terms of funding, NPR is probably the best produced radio programing on radio, and PBS has become competitive with cable news in terms of production.

I feel like they like most MSM, just became an arm of the liberals to promote political propaganda.

I like NPR. I listen to part of Fresh Air every morning during my lunch break. They get a lot of interesting people on there for interviews.

To me the trumpster is playing a roll. i think that his job is to demonize the right and destroy nationalism/patriotism/christians/the right bc IMO a global government/financial system is the ultimate goal of the 'deep state'.

i believe that the elite have been using a hegelian dialectic to orchestrate their goals. problem, illicit an emotional response, solution. donald trump is the problem.

i believe the two party system is being used to advance the various objectives of the same agenda. by polarizing the population with binary thinking you divide them into different camps, each thinking the other side is 'the enemy'.

i think most of the beef against trump portrayed in the media is fakenews to some degree. making it seem like trump isnt part of the establishment. comey and assange were both players in getting trump elected but most people dont seem to put that together. trump firing comey was to perpetuate what i would consider to be a fictitious dichotomy. globalists love duality.

So i think trump is going out of his way to be a super douche (which isn't very hard for him), get various groups of people behind him. the anti vaxxers, the pro lifers, the christians, the climate change deniers, the "science" deniers, the misogynist anti-feminists, etc...the enemies of the deep state, and demonize them as part of the "the problem". complete the polarization process that has been going on for my whole life at least.

then, shit is going to hit the fan, donald is going to grow a hitler stache and go full retard, which is something ive heard you arent ever supposed to do. the libs and progressives are going to be crying and moaning for someone with some decency to save the day. then, their prayers are answered and the "good guys" come into town. taking down everything thats wrong with the world and put a system into place to prevent the evil fascist right from ever terrorizing the world again. The new system will be embraced with open arms, and i suspect that you will be required to show your allegiance in some way that only religious nut jobs could conjure up the reason for.

but first you have to demolish the systems that are already in place. brexit is prob part of the plan in spite of it seeming like a win against the globalists. the economy is going to have to collapse. the EU will have to collapse, the governments around the world will have to collapse and you do that using duality, binary thinking, and by creating chaos. you have to take away the guns so there will be no resistance and you use false flag operations to illicit that public outcry for the guvmint to do something about it. you burn buildings down, you use terror to strip liberties from the people, and you increase the public's reliance on services provided by the government until the biting the hand that feeds becomes a bad idea. you replace morality with relativism, you foster an individualist culture, you lure people into their "own reality", and you divide people into groups that fight among themselves.

so i think trump is the deep state 'trump card' lol...so funnnay.

i could be wrong as i have some schizo tendencies, but this is kind of what i see happening.

Things may be Hegelian, but clearly no one's orchestrating what passes for a dialectic these days (and considering "dialectic"'s almost exclusive use by the left, hardly any anyway--if you call Jon Stewart a hard leftist, there's your answer).

Not everything is orchestrated. There are no "elites" who are pulling strings--not secretly anyway, they do what they can in broad daylight. Trump was so ridiculous the GOP establishment (<-the elites you probably mean, ie. titans of industry) kind of just watched as horrified and dumbfounded as the rest of us.

He is not good for the status quo or business, which is what the "establishment" needs. They want to know which way the market will move, and they can't do that if he's so fucking clueless he eg., hangs up on the Australian PM. About the easiest phone call he could take, FFS, what'll he do with a different leader? How will it affect your Qantas shares? Bad for business.

He's good for speculators and untalented sycophants. They started oozing up from the floorboards right away.

Once he actually took office and had a weeklong delusion about crowdsize, the GOP got a little more concerned, but, knowing he was impeachable on Day One (emoluments), they waited to see if they could ram shit through, since he'd sign anything if there was a TV camera pointed at him and you complimented his hands.

Unfortunately, one of his sycophants worked for the Russians, and now the GOP has a full-blown scandal, as the rot is tainting even the VP replacement. They can't just pull the trigger cleanly anymore.

But trust me, there is no one PLANNING any of this, just to have a dark horse rescue us. Honestly, I'd probably welcome a Demon ex machina right now.

its funny that you think the russian thing is a scandal. lol...to me its an obvious psy op that will play itself out down the road. havent figured out the angle on that just yet. possible impeachment, whatever. there is always an end game that reveals itself in time.

trust me, there is much planning in ALL of this and in IMO there is much 'string pulling' but i value a different perspective.

Valueing different perspectives is a leftist trait. Also a reason to take psychedelics.

Not to mention, your other post had strong leftist aspects.

Are you trying to say you have a few threads your tugging?

ive taken my share of psychedelics mate and learned what ive needed to. i have both leftist and conservative views, and i think most reasonable people dont fit neatly into either group. i think most people are that way, so i try not to buy into the polarization game, but i find myself defending the right for various reasons. its all kind of bizarre what politics do to people. Im trying to practice being the voice of reason. thats me logic and reason lol. not really, im an emotional wreck trying to right itself. ;)

Me, I'm so fucking stable, I'ma fucking iceberg of cool stability, like hanging right off the continental shelf off Antarctica, a whole fucking sheet of ice, I'm so cool and contained.

(But technically part of the def. of "conservative" is sticking to specific perspectives. That's not a judgment, that's what the term means--and I'll agree with you if you say that doesn't always apply to what the US calls the "right" or Republican. Think status quo v. "the future".)

"I haven't actually figured it out at all but it's obviously a psy op. I reach conclusions first, then figure out the reasons to fit the conclusions."

Basically.

trust me, there is much planning in ALL of this and in IMO there is much 'string pulling' but i value a different perspective.

I don't trust you at all. You just said you have schizophrenic tendencies and you're demonstrating these tendencies by making connections unfounded by observable evidence.

A person with a regular/rational frame of thinking would take the events as they have played out on their face; rank incompetence, sloppiness, and a lack of coordination. It really is that simple.

A person with schizophrenic tendencies, can add a harmless and kind of funny suggestion in a random thread, though. Makes life interesting.

Although you're right, if there were NOT any admitted schizophrenic tendencies, I'd yell at the idiot right winger to use a little logic next time, go easy on the meth.

Pretty funny how he has appointed people from Wall Street, The extreme far right (Bannon) and christian fundamentalists. He IS a bloody egotistical billionaire. Promised better healthcare for everyone....lol. Look what you are getting. Promised transparency...lol again...healthcare bills being done in secret without oversite even though he accused Obama of the same thing even though Obama's plan was subject to a shitoad of oversite, commitees and costing

Everyone except the rich who voted for this clown got fooled.
