OBAMA’S BARRAGE OF COMPLETE SENTENCES SEEN AS BRUTAL ATTACK ON TRUMP

CHICAGO (The Borowitz Report)—In an appearance at the University of Chicago on Monday, former President Barack Obama unloaded a relentless barrage of complete sentences in what was widely seen as a brutal attack on his successor, Donald Trump.
Appearing at his first public event since leaving office, Obama fired off a punishing fusillade of grammatically correct sentences, the likes of which the American people have not heard from the White House since he departed.

“He totally restricted his speech to complete sentences,” Tracy Klugian, a student at the event, said. “It was the most vicious takedown of Trump I’d ever seen.”
“About five or six sentences in, I noticed that all of his sentences had both nouns and verbs in them,” Carol Foyler, another student, said. “I couldn’t believe he was going after Trump like that.”

Obama’s blistering deployment of complete sentences clearly got under the skin of their intended target, who, moments after the event, responded with an angry tweet:
“Obama bad (or sick) guy. Failing. Sad!”

it sure is.

as an outsider, i've always looked at american politics as being amazingly polite and dignified in its protocol. watching how US Congress conducts a debate - compared to the rowdy boys' club that is Australian Parliament - seemed so (superficially) civilised.

since trump moved into the white house, all that has changed. it's amazing how much he has defiled the office he holds. did anyone else see ted nugent in the oval office the other day?
two pro-war draft dodgers yukking it up. so nauseating.

you know who else is reviled in japan for raping women?

american servicemen.

here are a few links to show you what i mean;

Interview: Why is there no end to sexual violence by U.S. military personnel in Okinawa?

US Military Sexual Assault files

EDITOR'S NOTE: These records contain graphic descriptions of sexual assault cases involving U.S. military personnel at bases in Japan. The cases of reported sex crimes from 2005 to early 2013 provide the most detailed and comprehensive account to date of how commanders and investigators handle these offenses.

Below are nearly 600 of the documents, obtained by The Associated Press from the U.S. Naval Criminal Investigative Service through the Freedom of Information Act. NCIS removed names from the files for privacy reasons. The AP conducted its own review of the documents to reduce identifying information of alleged victims. The redactions made by AP are in black. Senator: The US military's sexual assault problem is worse than people realize

Disturbing, isn't it?
And nothing to do with religion, ethnicity, nationality (unless you want to make some crass generalisation about american men).

before you imply that middle eastern refugees are all rapists, you might want to look at your own lot.
americans have no moral high ground when it comes to sexual assault. rape happens all over the world; it is not a muslim issue - that is a racist lie that the far right are obsessed with (which is ironic, considering how many amongst their own ranks are misogynist sex pests)
Yeah, we should have been out of Japan decades ago

Rape happens a lot more in the 3rd world, so it isn't surprising that when you bring the 3rd world to civilised countries, rape rates go up. I suspect that radical leftists secretly get aroused when a white women is a victim.

Here's a pic I found funny but not shocking

hey, if a bunch of dead kids at sandy hook is the price we pay as a society so you can own a gun, then the occasional terrorist attack or rape is the price we pay as a society so that we can stand behind our "Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free..." principles and enjoy the benefits of immigration, right? i mean if you're being consistent...

There is no net benefit of immigration, unless you want America to look like Brazil

Maybe if the 94 assault weapon ban had a noticeable effect, I'd be more open to more regulations.

well, i totally disagree but i suspect you're not open to a discussion on the subject so i'll not waste our time trying to convince you..

when you post inflammatory stuff like "I suspect that radical leftists secretly get aroused when a white women is a victim." it's hard to not just assume you've moved from provocative posting to just trying to get a rise (i.e .trolling).

That's my genuine opinion, I strongly believe that they resent whites (especially Christians) and want these attacks to continue
Here
is some info that shows immigrants are a drain http://cis.org/Cost-Welfare-Immigrant-Native-Households

Kushner? :D

Not the migrants who can't speak the native language or don't have many skills or incentives to work.

Here's an article that makes a lot of good points as to why a falling birth rate isn't necessarily a bad thing

Besides,
I'm sure the governments can figure out ways to get the birth rates up

To be clear, this isn't just an issue that I pulled out of my butt...social democratic states require a relatively large, young labor force to support them. Europe's indigenous population will not be able to cover these expenditures going into the future. Misha Glenny (BBC journalist/author) goes into this in "McMafia" at one point (in the part of the book about Milosevic getting "revenge" on western Europe by helping enable illegal Chinese immigration into Europe), and basically offers Europe two choices: either embrace far-right politics and experience a large reduction in social services, or choose to embrace some form of legalized (and maybe a bit more loose) immigration of qualified workers from Africa, Asia, the Caribbean etc.

Sometimes it feels nice to live in the USA and not have to experience the whole immigrants out! / old school blood-and-soil nationalism of the European Right...the USA has quite the history of hating and oppressing assorted groups based on race, class, ethnicity etc, but we are pretty subtle about bigoted politics in the political mainstream nowadays. At least, I used to feel that way before the Trump campaign...Lol

I mean, Germany only granted citizenship to THIRD GENERATION Germans of Turkish descent in what, 2005? Something like that? Ridiculous. I'm surprised that many non-indigenous Europeans tolerate the kind of ethnic chauvinism to the degree that they do, honestly. I guess the Europeans just don't have quite the rich & storied history of disparate groups hating each other like we have here in the USA lol

On the subject of ISIS, it seems like ISIS and groups like it will persist as long as the material conditions persist for it to thrive...I don't think that it is a coincidence that ISIS was born out of the Syrian civil war & Iraqi insurgency. But reducing it purely to bad conditions is also misleading...Mohammed Atta came from privilege, for example.

Regardless, deporting all the immigrants, or even closing the borders would provide incalculable support for ISIS's ideology & cause. It directly supports their narrative of the West
