I used to see this thread in EADD but it seemed to fall off lately, and I know more than just Euros watch these leagues
just a bit about my personal allegiances (some have reasons, some trivial reasons)
favorite premier league team : Manchester City (first season I watched was the year they beat QPR 3-2 on the final day to win the league. Had a huge man crush on Edin Dzeko at the time, never let that go)
favorite championship team : Nottingham Forest (it was a cold dark night of Fifa 2012 in a dingy basement somewhere. some guy was bitching about not playing as much as I did. I offered him to play as Barcelona and id pick a random Championship team. Forest came up. beat him 3-1. never forgot that moment, just sort of clicked)
Favorite player : Leroy Sané . if he goes to Man City I'll probably cry for a solid 45 minutes. real shit.
1b: Anthony Martial. dude nice. probably should have played more in the Euros but who am I to say, Olivier Giroud is the definition of consistency right?
I thought I was going to write a lot more about this but then I realized I barely watch the French or Italian leagues nor much of the Bundesliga last year.
Really dislike Man United, Bayern Munich, and Monchengladbach because it took me forever to get the spelling down
