where is the highest blood absorption rate on the human body for MDMA? and does anyone know how much MD one would have to ingest in an hour to cause neurotoxicity?

Not sure what your asking? Snorting will give you a higher absorption per mg than oral dosing - we really do not know how many mgs of MDMA it take to cause neuro damage though?
