Just found out that this could be available in the not so distant future and couldn't find a thread on it.

Whats the word on dosage, effects etc etc.

My bad I didnt think ketamine was considered a psychedelic, should I re-post the thread in there?

there is some crossover with RC's and PD/ OD forums. it is fine in here, but I will ask my superiors where they would prefer this go.

It's just rumours, but it should have a similar profile to ketamine, maybe less "magical". Same dose and duration.

The N-ethyl on MXE is what tends to increase potency/duration. I'm waiting for 2-chloro-2-keto-PCE.

I reported on o-methoxydeschloroketamine. I couldn't get to the point with this one myself. Chlorine electronegativity in Pauling scale is 3.16. Methoxy group should be just a little less electronegative but some disagreed with the method of finding the electronegativity of organic groups I used. Well, I might be wrong but the partial negative charge is anyway on the oxygen atom in this group... And what electronegative group like chloro does on ortho position is decreasing psychotropic effects. There must have been a good reason to choose ketamine for anesthesia over e.g. PCE. I wish I saw something going on there with methoxy, I mean position 2, other than just substituting for chlorine almost ideally.

I'm waiting for 2-chloro-2-keto-PCE.
in other words, this would be the N-ethyl analogue of ketamine, right? i.e. ketamine with the methyl group at the nitrogen replaced with an ethyl group?

can you give an educated guess on what it would be like? maybe qualitatively similar to ketamine, but with higher potency per mg and longer duration?

When taken intramuscularly in the right dose by an experienced user in a proper setting, no drug can be more psychedelic.
