2 gram heroin habbit to suboxon

Hello everyone so I'm currently just got into another suboxen dr trying to kick my habbit of h. I'm on a 2 gram iv daily use for the past four months, you see I was doing great before these four months taking suboxen. I was on two a day 8mg and was fine. I had one bad day and boom four months later on the highest amount of h I've ever been on. My question is I'm afraid to get sick now taking the suboxen I'm afraid it won't help. I've heard you have to wait even longer on such a high tolerance of h than 24 hours before I csn induce myself on the subs. I just want to successfully get on the subs and not go into pw withdraw and will the subs even help?

You wanna be about 5-15 on the chart when you take the subs to avoid pw.

Yeah you'll be fine man don't fret. I'm fine to dose subs at 24 hours even with a 2g/day habit but you might want to try and hold out 36h or at least til you're in moderate wd. Also, if you want to increase your chance of avoiding pwd, start with a low dose of sub (~2mg) and work your way up. And dose it sublingually the first day to minimize the naloxone intake. Optimally, you should always take them sublingually but I'm not here to lecture about that. Good luck!
